Admission Steps
Follow these four steps to join our learning community.
Step 1: Information session for parents
Basic information concerning the admissions process. There will be an overview of the FIS curriculum and philosophy, as well as tuition & fees.
Parents will have a scheduled meeting with the principal and the school board to discuss their upcoming plans and goals for their child/children.
Step 2: Testing and interview for students
Test: Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing, Math (MAP)
Students will take an exam that covers all four areas of English and math. The test results will determine admission requirements and class placement.
Admission interview: Basic interview questions (self-introduction, hobbies, aspirations, etc.)

Step 3: Apply Online
Step 4: Final interview for parents
Student's academic evaluation and FIS's educational philosophy and expectations.
Parents will receive their child's testing and final evaluation results. The academy board will announce the final decision regarding admission status one month before the new semester.
The admission office will contact admitted students with a time to pick up their welcoming packets.
